ESP Cookbook Honored With Best Book Award

Pensacola, Fla. - A cookbook of seafood recipes compiled by Energy Services of Pensacola (ESP) has won a National Books 2009 Award from USABookNews.com, the premiere online magazine and review website for mainstream and independent publishing houses.
"This is a real honor for the ESP team," said Don Suarez, ESP director. "When we were putting together the Fiesta Seafood Cookbook: A Taste of Pensacola we knew there would be a lot of local interest. Winning a national award is a surprise and speaks to the professionalism of our people."
The cookbook is a collection of seafood recipes by local chefs that have been presented over the years at ESP’s Fiesta Seafood Grille cooking demonstrations at the Pensacola Seafood Festival. The award given was for best cookbook containing grilling and barbecue recipes.
The USABN awards, now in their seventh year, cover a wide range of books in categories from Best Business Book to Best Biography.
